Penalties

What a rule break costs.

PenaltyWhat happens
WarningA logged warning. The scene may be voided and anything gained from it reversed.
MuteYour chat or voice is silenced for a set period.
PrisonYour character is taken into custody and held in a hold jail. The term is set by the administration.
Character KillThe character is ended permanently. Your account continues.
BanYour account is closed permanently.

Escalation Each rule shows what a first, ordinary break attracts. A break that is repeated, deliberate, or done to ruin someone else's game moves up the table, and a serious enough first break can start at the top of it. Where a case lands depends on what was done, how often, and whether it was meant. There is no fixed tariff and we will not pretend there is one. Prison terms are judged by the administration case by case while the courts and sentencing tariffs are still being built. Every decision can be appealed.
